Erik currently serves as President of Tradition Mortgage, formed in 1998, Erik was one of the founding members. Besides continuing to actively originate mortgage loans, Erik is heavily involved as a partner with Tradition Development, Homes By Tradition, Tradition Construction Capital, Tradition Realty, and Esquire Title Services. Additionally, Erik currently serves on the board of directors for Tradition Capital Bank as well as being a current shareholder. Erik is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College (St. Peter, MN) with a degree in Financial Economics). When not immersed in the lending business, Erik is heavily involved in coaching youth girls hockey in Edina and currently serves on the Edina Hockey Association Board.
